Anchor / Fixing Points
Permanent anchor points give rope-access teams and maintenance staff a secure, tested connection to the structure.

Lifeline Systems
A horizontal lifeline gives workers a continuous attachment point as they move across a roof zone, without unclipping between anchors.
Roof plan
The line is routed past every area that needs regular access: plant, gutters, rooflights and façade drops. End anchors take the load; intermediate brackets let the traveller pass.

01
Whether the line should stop the worker reaching the edge, or arrest a fall where the edge must be reached.
02
Which areas need regular access, and how many people work on the line at once.
03
Where anchors can be fixed and how penetrations are sealed.
04
Inspection and recertification intervals, subject to the exact system supplied.
Yes. Lifelines and anchors are safety-critical and must be inspected periodically, and after any fall event, in line with the requirements of the system installed.
Share the roof plan and the work that needs to be done. Hauteur will review the roof and recommend davit, rope-access, lifeline or anchorage positions.

Permanent anchor points give rope-access teams and maintenance staff a secure, tested connection to the structure.

Rope access lets trained technicians reach façades directly on two independent ropes. The system on the roof decides how safely and how efficiently they can work.

A removable davit is fixed to permanent sockets on the roof perimeter to suspend a worker for façade cleaning or maintenance. At the end of the work, the davit is dismantled and stored.
